Ultra Tech Policies and Procedures
are designed to provide management and employees
with answers to questions regarding administrative
policies and procedures. It also serves as a
guide to assist employees in understanding the
day-to-day administration of company policies
and practices.
These policies are posted to increase
understanding, eliminate the need for personal
decisions on matters of company-wide policy,
and help assure uniformity throughout our company.
They also assist in ensuring that equitable
and consistent policies, based on company philosophy,
current needs, and sound human resource management
principles, are maintained.

at any time and without notice. Therefore, it
is the responsibility of each member of management
to stay abreast of policies and of any changes
that may occur and to support and administer
these polices and practices in a fair and consistent
