Inc. (Ultra Tech) is a small business incorporated
in the State of Maryland in 1986. Ultra Tech, founded
by our owner Edward White, began with a modest office
in Silver Spring, Md. providing information technology
and management services to county and municipal
customers. In 1988, Ultra Tech was awarded 8(a)
Minority Business Enterprise Certification from
the U.S. Small Business Administration. Through
the thoughtful application of our technical expertise,
and the success of our "partnerships"
with our clients, Ultra Tech has turned small information
technology studies and analyses tasks into full-scale
system development efforts.
Through our efficient corporate management structure,
Ultra Tech has become adept at successfully operating
in the fast-moving government Indefinite Delivery,
Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) environment. Our corporate
