Independent Verification & Validation is a systems engineering
discipline that seeks to reduce risk in software
programs by verifying that the output of each
software phase meets its requirements and validating
that the software, at the end of the development
effort, meets the overall project objectives.
With IV&V oversight, Ultra Tech will ensure that
a project is completed on-time, on-budget and
to a high degree of quality.

software test engineers and managers who understand

in establishing and improving software testing
and implementation strategies, leading test teams,

to evaluate and assess software risk and identify
